By using Faymo, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of Service
Faymo provides a platform connecting brands and influencers. You agree to use the platform lawfully.

2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

3. Content
Users are responsible for the content they share. Faymo provides a platform for user-generated content. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, share, or distribute and must have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions. Faymo reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, or disable content that violates copyright, intellectual property rights, community guidelines, or applicable law.

• Users must own rights to uploaded music/videos/photos

• No copyrighted content without permission

• Faymo can remove infringing content

• Repeat offenders can be banned

    Submit takedown requests with proof of ownership, content link, and contact information. Faymo may remove disputed content and take action against repeat infringers.

4. Prohibited Activities
You may not misuse the platform, engage in fraud, or violate any laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.

6. Limitation of Liability
Faymo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Payments

Certain features may require payment for identity verification reviews, business access, or premium platform tools depending on user type.

By purchasing a verification review, business access plan, or other paid service, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected service. Recurring plans, if applicable, renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party providers.

8. Community Guidelines

• No stolen music

• No unauthorized reposts

• No copyright violations
